Criticisms/suggestions

* There doesn't appear to be a way to import a player from the academy into career, so even if the first thing you done was spent an hour + creating your player in the academy, you have to do it again when you start a career.

* There is no random setting for pitch type/hardness in career. So unless you manually change it before every game you get the same pitch type. This was in Ashes, why not here?

1. If you have created a player in academy, add him in any international team and play career mode with your player as star player. As a rookie player you have to create a new player every time you begin a new career which I think is reasonably good option. We can avoid monotonous career repeating thing.

2. Every ground is set to its default pitch setting which is perfectly fine. If you want to change pitch conditions it takes only 5 seconds.

I think Cricket 19 is a perfect game. It only needs slight improvement in commentary, evening lighting effects and rain graphics.

1. I want to play as a rookie and every game to this point has had the option to import a player from the academy to alleviate the issue of creating a player every time you start a rookie career and I will do it multiple times.

2. Every match I have played has been on a grassy/very soft pitch by default so it is not based on the ground. Once again, something that was in every game too this point.

I just want to point out, I've been a fan of Big Ant since Rugby League Live and I love Cricket 19, the positives heavily outweigh the negatives so you don't need to come to Big Ants defence, they're all big boys and girls.

I guess you're right, bro. Cheers!

- I wish they'd remove this Style 1 bowling animation already, it's from old DBC games and it looks incredibly unnatural compared to the newer ones https://youtu.be/HmzScN3YeN0?t=89
- Textures could be a lot better... pitch area is very blurry, even DBC14 was sharper.
- Option to turn helmet grill on/off/transparent when using pro mode... at the moment it's only transparent
- Players still throwing with the wrong hand, just why?

Please allow me to add more:

- The ball is invisible sometimes in rookie career mode on PS4 during REPLAYS. Then is continues for a while until you SKIP to career player.

Can we please get a pro cam 2 camera like this one? Or ability to change FOV.

Pleaes make the helmet optional too, I'd like to be able turn it on/off/transparent.

If you are making a cricket 2020 please add a career edit option in the academy so players can edit the leagues and tournaments in career (length, teams) and please make it so that we can add new leagues like the bbl into the game so that we can play those as a career player.

Hey guys these are a few bugs I noticed in the games. I will also add a few suggestions that can be included in the game in the next update/ version of the game. PS : Not saying the game is bad, just that for the current sports games market some glitches just make it unnecessarily irritating. Still love the game, till date the best cricket game no doubt.

Bugs:

- batsman not running after a direct hit, legit doesn't make sense

- overthrows can result in 6 runs also (2+4 ), it's not always just 5 runs

- fielding animations are still very glitchy. Eg: players literally almost floating to stop the ball, players stepping out on the boundary after catching the ball. Dropping sitters of weird animations.

- some batting animations are really weird, especially the unorthodox/ special shots. And the backfoot loft shot of the spinner behind square on the offside, where he ramps a good length delivery, that's literally impossible.

- keeper not catching a perfect bouncer on normal position, it always flies past him without him making any efforts to catch it. ( i know the back position solves this, but then no catches carry to him/her, it always falls short)

Suggestions

- Improve step out shots animations and timings.

- Include custom fielding positions like in FIFA where you can position the player almost anywhere on the field. No cricket law suggests that fielders can only stand at fixed positions, a few inches here and there make a lot of difference, especially in cricket.

- Seriously the commentary needs to improve. It's fine if you don't even include new packages. But at least fine-tune the current package to fit the in-game animation. An edge is termed as a good shot, or perfectly placed in the gaps. Commentators going dead for periods in ODI and Tests.

- The crowd heavily favoring England and Australian sides in other countries. Just enhance crowd support when the home team is playing. It's irritating to see the crowd cheer when playing in Durban fields and a south African wicket falls. Ask any cricketer, the crowd plays a huge role in the game.

- Introduce the option of reverse swing for more skilled bowlers after a certain % of roughness of ball / of no. of overs bowled.

- Allow manual control over the amount of swing, seam and spin imparted on the ball. We don't always want the ball to swing a mile, or turn 90 degrees. Enhance that control based on player stats for control and player skill for swing, seam, and spin

- And on that note, allow the user to see the skill level for all types of balls for the bowlers, and similarly while batting, the batting attributes. Eg: If I am batting with XYZ batsman whose drive skill is maybe 4 out of 5 stars and flick is 2 out of 5 then I will play a shot accordingly, instead now i get out to the flick as it either gets caught at midwicket even after a good timing and then I check and see his flick rating was low. Eg 2: Anderson is better at swinging the ball than bouncers. While bowling with him just let us see the attribute so that we use him as the swing bowler without wondering why our short ball ploy is not working against the batter whose weakest skill is pull/hook shot

- show attributes while team selection. I have many players whose overall rating is 70 but individual stats are 80 batting 40 bowling and 60 fielding. if I am selecting a player I want to see the attributes. I don't wanna select a with overall 80 batting 80 and leave out a player with overall 74 and batting 85. Same with bowlers

please do something about orthodox shots and advance shots. they never connect at easiest level also. it will be good if these shots are more connecting. so we can play good variation of shots. played more than 620hours
