Serve tutorial

Hello, I just started playing this game and I can’t even beat the serve tutorial.  Is this game glitched?  I’ve had a full power bar every time I serve and the game is telling me I am failing. 
So I’ve played this game for 10 minutes and it’s broken. 
Any help?

I posted a YouTube video showing that I am making full power serves with no credit. Please address this as soon as possible. You can’t sell a game that’s broken within the first 10 minutes.

In the video my player is David Goffin. I switch to Nadal and the tutorial worked perfectly. Weird
