Hey guys,

Just got Casey Powell Lacross 16 on Steam but when I tried running the game, it says that the lacrosse.exe file is malware? Curious to know why this is the case...

Sounds like your anti-virus software hasn't whitelisted it.

What software are you using?

I'm using Avast.

I've sent the game exe off to their false positive form, so hopefully that will either fix it, or give us something to work off as to why that's happening.

For now, just double check you've got the right exe by right clicking the game in steam, going to Properties, clicking the Local Files tab and clicking the 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache' button.

Once it's complete, then go through whatever steps Avast has to whitelist a file - there's some steps here: http://www.getavast.net/support/managing-exceptions
