College recruiting...
#1
Just my opinion, but this needs to be a part of the game, especially in a college career mode. I'd love to be able to take a school like a Monmouth (aka West Long) to a National Championship, but it's pretty much impossible at present, because it's impossible to build a roster with any amount of talent. (Denver made their FIRST NCAA Tournament in 2006, and now they're the defending NCAA Champions, in real life!)

+1 this seems like a bit of a oversight.

how do you fill college rosters if pro teams keep drafting your best college players? do the players stay in school forever?

New players are generated every year.

Hi SetonHallPirate,

Although it would be nice to able to recruit the best rated players from High School to your College, it is still possible to make a team like West Long National Champs. This is because in the 5th year, all the players in the college system will be randomly generated players. All default players would have left the college system.

As there is no weighting towards any college getting better randomly generated HS recruitments, it is pretty much a level playing field. If your team play good enough and develop these players, your team can be National Champions.

All the best in making West Long National Champions 2022.
