I cant see it breaking.

Isn't there there massive penalties now for both the business and the individuals who break it?

Pretty sure there is, and if the software is locked so they cant sell it early, then I cant see it breaking.

We need some shoddy little cafe that happens to sell games to break it.

Hopefully pessimism pays.

I have a family member that works at target and the system wont let the game go through unless it's the release date.

Unless them and their manager are gullable and said manager overwrites it. I got a game early a couple of years ago that way, j7st happened to see it on shelves early and tried my luck.

Embargo in the pos software won't allow it to be sold. It's really simple.
