Well RLL2 didn't have a be a pro mode so having that mode in RLL3 is a major step up itself regardless on how in depth it is Tongue

@Yuna I guess I wasn't strictly talking about the Be A Pro side of things, more about management in general.

Well, I've done some research and from what I can find, 'major' (as Ross put it) is better than a Captain but not quite as good as a Lieutenant-Colonel.

I hope this helps.
