rugby league live 2 wce to work in U.S?

i need a question answered. im an australian living in the U.S and have a ntsc console system. does rugby league live 2 wce is it region free for xbox 360? will it work in the U.S with a hdm1 cable and hdtv and render the region systems non-applicable?

RLL2 is not region free on Xbox

It is on PS3 (as are all PS3 games).
