Ross must know.

Ross?

I do but I am not at liberty to talk about the game in any detail that isn't public knowledge, it's not our game.

If we were talking Cricket, Sprint Cars, Lacrosse, Jetpack Joyride, Fruit Ninja, etc. then ask away and I'll likely answer.

I feel for you guys Ross. All the hard work but your hands are tied. You can't promote the game the way you want.
If you could I am sure we'd have seen a trailer by now. I am not having a shot but why are Tru Blu so private with content. The game is coming out, it's not a secret!

My email is open to anything and everything you want to say about Sprint Cars, Cricket and Lacrosse. Smile

Are you at liberty to say whether this was an issue that you guys were aware of while making the game?

Because if it wasn't, then that pretty much answers my question about whether a solution has been implemented. Tongue

It's my job to find the holes in the boat by pouring water through.
It's BA's job to patch up the holes by knowing the materials and construction methods.
All I have to do is know how to flood it Smile
P.s I like analogies.

As a professional IT tester for 10+ years, I'd have to disagree with you right there.
That may be the way Tru Blu have decided to run their testing, but never in my experience, have I ever tested an Application or system not knowing the exact functionality I am supposed to be verifying or at least had the design specifications to refer too whilst learning.

The ah hoc kind of testing you seem to be running is commonly referred to as an acceptance test, which is barely scratching the surface of what IT testing is supposed to accomplish in identifying bugs and generally used at the very last point in the project lifecycle where handover is about to happen and confidence needs to be shown in the stability of the App/program/system.
Keith/Ross

Today the Super League clubs voted in favour of the marquee player rule starting in 2016. I'm guessing that it's too late for it to be included in the game?

Kind Regards

We're not hiding content. If It was up to me so much more things would have been released.
We're waiting on content approval which is out of both Ross and I's hands.

I wish Lacrosse was more popular in Australia... That game looks awesome.

Okay. This was a bad move by you.
Don't come on here and tell me I'm doing my job wrong.
We have specialists here at TruBlu that actually play and Ref Rugby Leauge, and it's their job to know the game back to front. The rest of us aren't programmers, we're testers, so it's our job to make sure that the game passes certification.
I'm not a Rugby Specialist, as Ross pointed out Earlier. I'm the social media guy, who also tests. I was describing my methods of testing as asked, and this does not reflect upon the skills or methods of the rest of the team.

Easy tiger, i never said you were doing your job wrong, just stated an opinion based on my experience as a Test Professional. This is common place in what we call a "Discussion".

How Tru Blu and Big ant run their ships is completely up to them and whos to say its wrong or right. Proof is in the pudding really with the quality of product that ends up on the shelves.
